Project manager

    Responsibilities :
  • Preparing budget quantity-wise along with our planning department.
  • Responsible for mobilization of manpower and execution of the project.
  • Requisition of materials from the store and keep a tab on all materials.
  • Quality checking of the materials and the finished service.
  • Billing and approval of materials in accordance with the planning department.
Profile : Diploma in Civil Engineering or Architecture with 5-7 years of experience, or Engineer with 2-3 years of experience in similar responsibilities. Should possess excellent man management skills. Good Written and communication skills Should be comfortable with computers.

Assistant Manager/ Executive Business Development

    Responsibilities :
  • Develop business and clientele for i3 Space.
  • Assist the planning and purchase team in preparation of tenders.
  • Be the face of i3 Space and maintaining good rapport with clients.
  • Constant follow up with the clients for payment.
Profile : MBA in marketing with 2-3 years of experience in similar environment. Smart personality with a learning attitude. Must be capable of finding leads from the market and convert them to projects. Must have own conveyance.

Assistant Manager- Planning

    Responsibilities :
  • Planning of all the processes involved in completing projects.
  • Setting up of Budget quantity-wise.
  • Assist in Sub – contractor finalization.
  • Assist in budget allocation and billing approval.
Profile : Diploma with 6-8 years of experience or Engineer with 3-5 years of experience in similar environment. Must have an analytical bend of mind. Knowledge of MS Projects or other Project Management software will be an added advantage. Excellent communication skills.
